Xiaolin Fan is working at GlobalFoundries since 2013. She is born and raised in China, and studied both in China and the United States of America. After obtaining her master degree in Chemical engineering University of Virginia, she moved to Dresden Germany with her husband in 2002. They have two children of 18 and 17 years old. She has worked as process and quality engineer at different companies, such as Infineon and Biotronik. Now she is with dept. of Customer Engineering at GlobalFoundries. She is also engaged in global women activities in the past few years.
