The customer engineering team at Fab1 is focused on enhancing their visibility and impact with both the Fab team and the customers. I am working collaboratively and strategically within my team, aiming to foster better communications, strengthen my relationships, demonstrate my value and drive positive outcomes. With the healthy competition and mutual support from my CE colleagues, I was encouraged to take initiative, develop new skills, and pursue excellence in my tasks. The outcome is very positive: I have received my first promotion in GF!
