Guido Ueberreiter is Vice President of GLOBALFOUNDRIES’ Pre & PostFab Operations and located in Dresden, Germany.
Prior to joining GLOBALFOUNDRIES in 2009, Guido Ueberreiter held various engineering and management positions at Advanced Micro Devices where he started as a Design Engineer in 2001 and later was responsible for Design Methodology development for full SOC designs on leading edge technology nodes.
In GLOBALFOUNDRIES he is responsible for all prefab operation teams (tape-out operations and photomask manufacturing) as well as global post-fab activities (Bump- and Test-Operations).
Guido Ueberreiter graduated with a Degree in Computer Science.
