Susi is an adviser on diversity and strategic organizational development for Enlarging the Pie. Through workshops and coaching she enables clients to create work environments in which people with diverse backgrounds can thrive and business benefits. She works from a lens of anti-racism and includes intersectional perspectives. She holds a master's degree in intercultural personnel and organizational development and has been working both in-house in various organizations and externally on the implementation of holistic internationalization and diversity strategies since 2017. Susi leads activities on the topics International Talents and Learning & Development for Silicon Saxony e.V.. Susi hosts a regular women’s networking dinner where international and local women from different professions meet for mutual support.
