Haley Carney Nunes is a mechanical engineer, mother of two, and passionate advocate for women in STEM. Originally from Peachtree City, Georgia, Haley studied at Georgia Tech and completed an exchange program at the Technical University of Munich, which sparked her long-term move to Germany in 2011.

Now based in Hannover, she works at the intersection of quality, leadership, and education—training teams to think critically about processes and empowering future generations through engaging STEM outreach. Whether she’s organizing hands-on events for students or helping new leaders navigate diversity and inclusion, Haley brings warmth, clarity, and purpose to every project she leads.
