Nicole Witopil has been a senior analyst at GlobalFoundries, a semiconductor company, for over 8 years, in the Facilities department, where she leads projects in construction, office redesigns and employee placement. She began as an external project manager with a focus on technical documentation. Nicole is passionate about advancing diversity in leadership roles, particularly for women in technical documentation. Her master’s thesis, “An Examination of the Evolution of Female Leadership Representation in the Technical Documentation Services Sector in Germany,” explores the rise of women in leadership positions in the industry. She also contributed an article to tekom Deutschland e. V., focusing on how we can build more inclusive environments for women in tech and recruit female leaders. At 33, based in Berlin, Nicole is committed to personal growth and intentionally choosing happiness every day.
