With over 20 years of experience in strategic and operational HR in the international high-tech industry, Katrin Dunker has held roles such as HR Business Partner, Head of Learning & Organizational Development, and Change Project Manager. She brings additional expertise from five years in innovation management, having built and led an internal innovation lab and introduced agile ways of working as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. Since 2015, she has worked as a freelance facilitator and leadership coach, and in 2022 established her own consulting practice, collaborating with various partners. Her background includes leadership in major transformation projects, internal communications, and organizational development. As a certified coach (Evidence-Based Coaching, ORSC) and certified Scrum Master, she combines systemic thinking with hands-on experience in driving cultural and organizational change. She has also lectured on HR and change management and holds an MBA as well as a Master of Arts in Organizational Management & Development.
