Kerstin Harzendorf studied Law at Technical University Dresden and Aberystwyth University (Wales/ GB) in the 1990s. She completed her studies with a second state examination in 2001 and worked as lawyer and legal advisor in different law firms and institutions.
Kerstin started working as Consultant Privacy at MMS in 2017 and has focused on the implementation of privacy requirements in complex systems and for the use of innovative technologies. She has specialized in conducting Data Privacy Impact Assessment and integrate it in Security Risk Assessment or Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment. Furthermore, Kerstin worked as Data Privacy Officer (DPO) for several companies in Germany and EU.
