In this talk, I’ll share how I built a career in tech without following a traditional path - starting with a degree in Bulgarian philology, moving through media work, and eventually stepping into technical writing, video content creation, and Power BI reporting. My story is about embracing uncertainty, learning by doing, and growing through every opportunity - even the unexpected ones. I want to encourage others to see non-linear careers not as a setback, but as a strength, and to show how curiosity, adaptability, and soft skills can be powerful tools for building a fulfilling path in the tech world.
