Anita Berthold is the EMEA Talent Development Lead. She graduated in Psychology, started as HRBP@GF Dresden in 2011 and switched over to L&D in 2021. Since 2023 she’s also a certified Systemic Coach. Anita drives projects such as Global Leadership Development Programs, Hudson Coaching Pilot and supports efforts from the GlobalWomen & DEI EMEA-teams and coordinates HR Audits in DRS. She really loves GF for tackling DEI topics and wants to positively influence and shape our future work environment. She's proud to see her EMEA team grow and flourish. Her past HRBP experience taught her a lot so that she could challenge herself with growing into a L&D leadership role, driving learning strategies and experiences in a wonderful team. She's a vegetarian and has a pet corn snake named Mika. She designs, organizes & plays (international) LARPs, moreover, she was also on the board of a non-profit club in Dresden.
