Astrid started her Education with a master’s degree in electrical engineering at Technical University Dresden from 1988 - 1993. Her thesis matter: “Simulation of static and dynamic behavior of electrical filter systems”. In 2003 she obtained her Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) at the PMI (Project Management Institute). Her career started at Deutsche Telekom AG in 1994 as a Customer Consultant and becoming a Technical Expert in 1997. After two years she transferred to T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH as a consultant in eLearning, Software Development, Development of services, Project- and Program Management. In 2012 Astrid moved to the next level and worked as a Program Manager as well as a Service Manager with various clients and teams. She has been leading a team focusing on Software Maintenance since 2022.
