Marleen Mey has been working in GlobalFoundries, a semiconductor company for 25 years. She was born and raised in Germany. She is contributing in GlobalFoundries ever since as a knowledge worker and holds the position of Lead Learning & Development. She is a passionate trainer for many soft skill and Leadership topics, especially for Insights Typology and Communications. She organized and designed many learning projects, amongst those also for the GlobalWomen Employee Resource Group. She is constantly working on creating a sustainable culture of appreciation and recognition. She lives in Dresden with her husband and two sons.
