Inka Richter studied materials science at the Technical University of Dresden and graduated with a degree in engineering. She wrote her diploma thesis at AMD Dresden on the subject of ‘X-Ray analysis and texture measurements on copper interconnects’. A year later, Inka Richter began her career at AMD/GF in the materials analysis laboratory, where she specialised in X-ray analysis and the field of SEM and EDX methods. She has been involved in GW Youth Education since 2019 and has been a member of the core team since 2024. In addition, she took over the Co-Organisation of speed mentoring at the site from 2022 in order to promote young talent.
