                                                    Dr. Ted Letavic is a Senior Fellow at GLOBALFOUNDRIES,  a group leader with responsibility for system architecture and semiconductor technology requirements for strategic and emerging applications in market segments that include wired and wireless infrastructure, mobility, automotive, industrial/IoT, and high speed communications.  Ted has served on the Advisory Board to the US National Science Foundation, he serves on the executive committee for the IEEE/EDS International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs, and serves on the IEEE VLSI-T technical review board.  He has over 60 US patents granted and has authored over 70 reviewed scientific papers.  Ted has presented 15 invited/plenary talks, with subject areas ranging from power and RF device technology, compound semiconductors, renewable energy system architectures, and silicon photonics.  He received a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
