Finbarr leads Corporate Sales & Business Development for MediaTek with responsibility for relationships with customers and business partners in the Americas & Europe. Finbarr joined MediaTek in 2008 with the acquisition of the Analog Devices wireless chipset business. Following a two year assignment in Taiwan, Finbarr held various business development and sales roles at MediaTek, covering International markets, prior to the current role. He spent 11 years at Analog Devices in various systems engineering and product marketing roles prior to MediaTek. He graduated in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree from University College Cork, in Ireland. He received a Masters of Engineering Sciences degree in 1990 and a Ph.D in 1994 also from University College Cork.
