Elad founded NextSilicon in 2017 after launching four successful startup companies over his twenty years in IT. Elad was the Founder, CTO, and Board Chair of Integrity Project, a software development company that Mellanox Technologies acquired in 2014. He holds two patents granted to date and sits on several private advisory boards. Elad served in the elite intelligence unit 8200 of the Israeli Defense Forces and attended Harvard Executive Business School.
