The development of high-performance, reliable, and high-volume mmWave MMICs and SoCs, enabled by advances in semiconductor technologies such as GF's 22FDX (22 nm FDSOI) and mmWave packaging solutions has led to the accelerated proliferation of radar across automotive, industrial, and consumer spaces.
