Mr. Chen graduated from Beijing Tsinghua University in 1991. In 1996, he obtained a master's degree in electronic engineering from Lehigh University. From 1996 to 2002, he worked at Lucent Technologies, USA. From 2002 to 2008, he worked in the Design Service Department of SMIC, as a senior director, leading a team to provide design services for Chinese SMEs. Since 2008, he has worked at Rockchip as Senior Vice President of Marketing (SVP of Marketing), General Manager of Mobile Phone Business Unit.
