Nick is the President, CEO, and co-founder of Lightmatter. He was previously an Intelligence Community Postdoctoral Fellow and National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow at MIT, where he received his PhD in electrical engineering and computer science. His doctoral thesis is entitled “Programmable nanophotonics for quantum information processing and artificial intelligence”. He has authored 67 academic articles in premier academic journals and 16 patents.
