Mr. Liu is currently the ecosystem director of GF, mainly responsible for Asia Pacific ecosystem building, IP platform strategic planning and also customer IP solutions.

He is with a master's degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University, more than 20 years of experience in IC and semiconductor industry. He held various positions in some leading companies incl. R&D, technical support, sales, marketing and management.

In the product application solutions, marketing, sales, management and other areas accumulated rich experience.
